John Eric has been involved in countless business transactions, including purchase, sale and financing transactions involving all  real estate asset classes, commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects, leasing, joint venture/partnership structuring, hotel and resort projects, and clean energy and 3P infrastructure projects.
